We are just a few days away from the first event for Four Seasons Swim Team.  This year we've asked that parents do two things before each meet that will take only 5 minutes but will save confusion for your swimmer the day of any meet.

1. RSVP with YES or NO as to whether your swimmers will be at the swim meet.  Just go to the website and click on Swim Meets.  Please do this now for Saturday's time trials.

Why is this important?  It helps the coaches know who to slot in which event,who is available for relays and it helps our volunteer computer managers enter times accurately.  Meet sheets are printed the NIGHT BEFORE a meet so resopnding on time is important.

2.MAKE YOUR VOLUNTEER SELECTION  - what task do you want to do.  After RSVPing on the website click the V and volunteer.  By selecting the role online you can choose the role you are most comfortable with; if you are new and aren't sure about a role - please ask me or Diane at practice tonight.  I will be at practice from 6 to 8 pm. 

If volunteer positions are not selected by RSVP'd parents, as the Meet Director I will make assignments so that all slots are filled.  Once volunteer positions for a meet have been finalized an email will be sent to all RSVPd parents.
