Head Coach - Joey Regan

Joey swam 10 seasons with the Tidal Waves (and still holds several records) who also loves lacrosse and attends UVA .

Assistant Coach - Lizzy Wilkerson

Lizzy is a current Park View High School student who's been swimming with Four Seasons for 5 years.  She has been teaching private lessons for kids ages 2-12years and loves getting swimmers excited for meets.  

Assistant Coach - Neil Colaco

Neil has been swimming competitively for 10 years including year round swimming for York and Machine.  Neil has a solid understanding of stroke technique with plans to become a private swim instructor.

Assistant Coach - Kien Ly

Kien is going into his 6th season with Four Seasons and now is helping the coaches too.
