To help swimmers and parents understand the key rules of each swim event we have written a short document (PDF) and uploaded it to the website. If the hyperlink doesn't work you can find it under 'Team Information/Forms'.

As we approach the start of the meet season we hope this will be useful to parents and swimmers alike. It can help explain why your children have been disqualified (DQ'd) and help you teach them how to avoid the most frustrating DQ's.
