Hello,

We don't have a  reply from you for Saturday's meet.  If you think you replied, then please let me know and I'll look into it some more.  Otherwise, we'll assume that your swimmer won't be availalbe for Saturday's meet.

In the future it would be very helpful to have you go online and indicate NO if your child will not swim.  We don't need an explanation and it's not a problem if your kids don't swim.  We are just trying very hard to make sure we don't miss anyone that wants to swim. Replying by the due date really saves us time and allows us to put together the meet assigments and  get them to the other teams by the deadline we are given.

Helpful hints:

1. Reply today for the rest of the season if you think you know your swimmer's availability and make updates when your plans change.

2. Go to the calendar and there will be a green dot for all those RSVPs where you replied YES and a red dot for all those RSVPs where you replied NO.  It can come in very handy when you've replied for future meets and you need to check your response.

We did have to change the deadlines from what we published earlier because other pools wanted the event assignements earlier than we anticipated.

Summer swim team is an intense season.  We're doing our best not to overwhelm you with emails , but we don't want you to miss out either.
