Team Photo

Memorialize the year with a team photo! Our annual swim team photo will be taken on Wednesday, June 29th at 8:00 am. We will be taking the team photo first, which is a change from last year.   Individual photos will be taken after the team photo. Please have you order form completed prior to arriving at the pool that morning. The photographer only takes checks – NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Plan to wear your team suit if you have one. If you do not have a team suit, please wear a solid color or blue based swim suit (or the closest thing that you have). We are not planning on wearing the white team t-shirts this year.
 
Anyone who absolutely needs to be leave by 8:45 am for camp, work, etc.. should contact Kathryn Adams, prior to Wednesday, at [email protected].

We need 2 volunteers to help line up the swimmers.  Please contact Kathryn if you can arrive at 7:45 to help out.

Meet - at home against Meadows

Meadows is a small team, so we will need more volunteers than usual. Please look at the volunteer sign up and see where you can help out.  It's very likely that we will need extra timers or have to ask timers to work for more than half the meet.  So, we may have to ask for more than one volunteer per familly or have family members share a timer slot. If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Laura.  Don't leave until you've confirmed with a coach if your swimmer is in a relay.

We don't believe we have a RSVP for the following families, so we are assuming your swimmers will not be at this meet.  Let us know immediately if there is a misunderstanding.
