If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Laura.

Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if
they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay.
Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the replays after coaches have
confirmed that all the swimmers are at the event and any necessary updates are made. This is probably during
the Backstroke events. Organizing the relays can be caotic, please don't add to the stress levels!

If any kids or adults would like to sing the National Anthem at a home meet, please let a board member know. It's a great opportunity for anyone with talent to get some public practice.

After Practice Reminders

• Please ask your swimmers to be conscientious and ensure they clean up after themselves in the showers.  
• Before the season started, we negotiated a 10:45 end time for swim team practice, which is the latest the Four Seasons Recreation Association was willing to agree to.   We could end at 10:30, but I think the older
  swimmers could really use the extra time.  So, to keep the swim team end of the bargain, please ask your
  swimmers to wrap up when morning practice is scheduled to end and clear the water and pool deck.  A  good
  working relationship with the Association and guards makes for a good season.  You may not know that
  Four Seasons Recreation Association, not the team, covers the cost of the guards for all our home meets
  and special events.

Olympics - Details

I still haven't gotten details about the Olympics.  I'll send them out as soon as I get them.  Don't forget that more swimmers might have a chance to swim.  We'll know more after the Tuesday night meeting.
