Sorry it's so late!  I didn't get the assingments until this afternoon and I had to make some changes.

Check in for all jobs other than the team area manager are in the parking lot just outside the pool.  It's important to check in before you go to your assigned area.  The organizers need to know that all the teams are doing their part.

I'm assuming parents would prefer to work closer to the time that their swimmers actually swim. Based on the session assignments for the jobs and the times that you have swimmers actually swimming, it seemed best to switch sessions for a few people.  In some cases parents were assigned to positions in the first half, but  their swimmer was only swimming in the second half.  You can switch with other families if you'd like.  Please contact them directly and use their name  when you check-in.  We won't forward changes to the organizers ahead of time.
