    Champs & All-Star summary recap

Some of the emails about Champs and All Stars didn't make it to everyone.  Just in case, I put several of the message together in this email.  Sorry if it's a repeat for most of you.

The last meet of the summer and a great time to showcase the Four Season's Swimmers.  In addition to that, it is the biggest fundraiser for our team.   As Four Season's Parents lend a hand at CONCESSIONS; and we might still need a couple volunteers, so check in with Traci Koch or Kim Bennett when you arrive if you can help.

Since this Meet has MANY teams attending, parking will be on the grassy area.

Arrive by 7:25 as the warm ups for Four Seasons starts promptly at 7:35 and is only 10 min. Our team will stay inside the gate by the playground.  There will be a lot of people there so please be sure your younger swimmers know where to stay and find you!

    Volunteer Assignments for Concessions are:

    Session 1-7:30 to 10:30

AbouSamra, Adams, Alvarado, Fierro, Goldman, Horne, Kauffman, Kim, Ray, Velasquez

Check your Swimmer's Event . . . the Swimmer Events otherwise known as Meet Sheets for Saturday's All League Meet have been posted on the Four Seasons Website and can be accessed from the LINKS section.  Click here http://fourseasons.swim-team.us/team/default1.asp?Page=Home&Filter=False  and open BOTH All League Meet Sheets part 1 and part 2. It's easier to find your swimmer's strokes by looking at 'Team Entries - League Meet'.

IMPORTANT - please note the order of the All League meet is different than other meets.  The order is: Individual Medley, Butterfly, Free, Relays, Back and then Breast stroke.

It will be a very HOT and long day; so make sure your swimmers are well hydrated and BRING your BATHING SUIT to take a dip during a break in the competition.

More complete information about the meet can be found on the Herndon Swim League site at: www.herndonswimleague.com/LM%20all-league_meets.htm

    Warm-up Times
    4 Seasons morning warm-ups - 7:35am- 7:45

It will be a long day, but a very rewarding one all the way around!
