1. End of Season Survey - Parent

If you didn't get a chance to answer the End of Season Survey, it's available on the website in the LINK section at the top of the page.  You can print the PDF version and mail it to Diane Smith, 1452 Winterberry Ct, Herndon, VA 20170.  Or, there is a WORD (DOCX) version as well, which you can update and then email to me at [email protected].

We want to hear from the swimmers as well.  The swimmer End of Season Survey it's available on the website in the LINK section at the top of the page.  See the notes above about the different versions.

3. Sponsors

Special thanks to all of our Four Seasons swim team sponsors this year. Please consider dining at Bagel Café, California Tortilla, Fosters Grill, Masala Wok and Rubinos…and letting them know you’re from the team. In addition, Adams-Green Funeral Home, Blooms, Dry Home Roofing and Siding, Shoppers and Verisign were also all very generous in their contributions. We can’t do it without them!

4. Checks

If you did NOT get your participation check back and you believe you should, please let Tom Alvy at  [email protected] know if he should shred it or mail it to you.

5. ISO Officials

Swim team is most enjoyable when everything runs smoothly.  Because of summer vacation schedules, we often need people to fill in for some of our regular officials when they are on vacation during meets.  Please consider taking the training offered at the start of the season to be a referee, starter, or stroke and turn judge. Think about it this winter and we'll let you know at the start of the season when the training will take place.

6. Team Car Magnet Contest

Swimmers can still enter the contest to design a team car magnet.  The deadline is August 26.  The words or symbols for Four Seasons Swim Team must be incorporated into the design. Winner will get a free car magnet, team baseball cap and bragging rights of course!  Send a 4X6 inch drawing to Diane Smith, 1452 Winterberry Ct, Herndon, VA 20170.

7. Banquet Feedback

We'd love to hear from you if you have some feedback about our Banquet buffet provided by California Tortilla. Please contact Lisa Goldman at [email protected] .

8. Swim Lessons

Coaches are available for swim lessons if you haven't gotten enough these last couple of months.  Please contact them directly.

9. Trophies

Trophies for Hannah Nguyen and Ashley Park are at the pool. You can pick them up from person at the pool check-in desk/room when you first enter the pool.  Let them know they are in the swim team closet.
