Hello Swim Team Families,

We've complete 2 of our 7 weeks of swim team already!  It goes so quickly. These first few weeks can be really tough to get through given all the other activities your kids are finishing and the fact that school is coming to an end.

I'm emailing you to remind you that swim team is run by us, the families of the swimmers. Each family needs to volunteer for what we are calling a 'committee' position.  You should have seen the list of options when you registered and the list is available under the IMPORTANT LINKS section at the top of the HOME page. These jobs are in addition to the volunteering that takes place at the meets (there are some exceptions).

Please sign up no later than Friday June 15.  I will be at  most practices this week if you would like more details about the positions.  If you're worried about being too busy to do some of these positions, you can use your time spent waiting at practice to coordinate with others on committees, or just talking to others that might help you understand what needs to be done.

Keep in mind that you can share some of the positions with others - making it less time consuming, less stressful, and more social.

So, please don't delay.  It's time to put the initial organization phase behind us and focus on the fun!!
