We have 62 families on the team and 110 swimmers.

75% of the families RSVPd by the deadline for the time trials
50% signed up online to VOLUNTEER for the time trial by the deadline
50% of the families attended the parent meetings

60% of the families have RSVPd for Saturday's meet as of midday Monday

42% of the families that have VOLUNTEERED as of midday Monday

To help ensure we have 98% online RSVP and VOLUNTEER sign up for all future meets here are some hints:
  - use  a laptop or desktop to RSVP and volunteer
  - login first
  - rsvp NO today for all MEETS that occur during your scheduled vacation
  - Rsvp Yes Today for all those meets AND OTHER events you know you can attend
  - select your VOLUNTEER role at the same time you RSVP for meets so that you get the role you want
  - select SAVE to ensure your updates are saved
  - read the email that will be sent out before each meet to verify what your volunteer job is for the meet
  - beware, changes are sometimes necessasary if we don't have enough people signing up

 RSVP and volunteer forms are locked and changes are not allowed after the deadlines. We do expect one or two exceptions each meet, but those should be exceptions at the last minute. Please email [email protected] if you have any last minute changes to your RSVP.

Deadlines:      

Saturday meets       - RSVP and VOLUNTEER by Tuesday night

Wednesday meets -   RSVP and VOLUNTEER by Saturday night

Most other special events - 3 days prior to event
