Committee Volunteering - Each family is expected to contribute to this swim season by signing up for a committee. The team offers a lot during the season, so we need everyone to pitch in to ensure the events happen and  we have the fun active summer you and your swimmers have come to expect.

School's Out Pool Party - Friday, June 15, 5:30 - 9:30 - celebrate the end of the school year. This event is sponsored by the Four Season's Recreation Association and Swim Team families are invited. Bring your passes if you're not a resident.

Pool Passes - Families that are not residents of Four Seasons may buy guest passes if they would like to use the pool outside of regular swim team practice hours.  Passes can be found in the swim team box, which is usually located near the white board during practices. Look for the large envelope labeled Pool Passes.  The cost is $2 per visit/per person.  You can buy cards of 5 or 10 visits.  Please leave cash or checks (Four Seasons Recreation Association) in the envelope.

League Silent Auction - Herndon Swim League is holding its 2nd annual silent acution to raise money for the scholarshop program. It runs 6pm Friday, June 15 to 9pm Monday, June 25. Anyone can bid - family, friends, and co-workers. Bid on 50 wonderful items, including the BBQ basket put together by Four Seasons.  Take a look: www.32auctions.com/hsl2012:hsl

Officials Clinic -  for those parents/volunteers who were not able to attend either of the first two clinics.  This clinic will be Monday, June 18th, at 7:00 PM at the Herndon Community Center. This is for referees, starters, stroke and turn judges.

Pizza party - Sat June 23, 6pm- 9:30pm- rsvp by Weds June 20 -Swim Team Pizza party. Swim with the pool lights on.  Watch for the flyer. Pizza and drink provided for swimmers.  Others will have the option to order pizza as well.

Team Photo Day- Wednesday, June 27 - 8am or earlier, time to be confimed.  Group photo will be first, followed by individual swimmer shots for those going to camp that day, and then other individual shots. Details to follow soon!

League 30th Anniversary Outing - There are still tickets left for the July 7 4pm Nationals baseball game.  The Nats will be recognizing the league on the scoreboard, I believe it will be in the fourth inning.  Tickets are $14 using the code HSL when you order online.  http://www.herndonswimleague.com/30th_anniversary.htm
