Olympic RSVP deadline - All swimmers interested and AVAILABLE in participating in the Herndon Olympics should RSVP YES by today, Weds 6/27.  This all day event is a lot of fun and takes a lot of organization.  Please give your reply careful consideration.  See the email from Kathryn Adams for more details.

Pick up Silent Auction items - Sat June 30. All the items (56) sold, and the total amount of the sales was $2,692.50. Thanks to everyone who bid, Those who won items can pick them up on Saturday at the Community Center from 3:30 to 5:30 PM

Meets - No meet Weds July 4; plan ahead and complete your RSVPs and sign up for your volunteer positions.  Because many people are on vacation these next couple weeks, including our meet director, please help out by signing up your family ahead of time for a volunteer job or two.  This helps those filling in and reduces the planning effort.

Swimsuits - Unfortunately, the team swimsuits have not come in. At this point, the next best option is to order last year's suit.  A number of the swimmers from last year use that one anyway. It's a nice suit and they now have many sizes (they didn't when we considered sticking with that one). We're sorry this turned out this way.  We learned a lesson for next year. Ice Cream Social - Monday June 2, 7:30 - 8pm - Swimmers can come and enjoy a treat. Bring your favorite topping to share. RSVP(yes or no)  so we know how much to buy.

Spirit -Magnets, Ribbon books - Have you seen the New 2012 Four Seasons Magnet?  It's only $5, so get one for each car, or the frig.  Buy ribbon books if you want to organize your kids' ribbons - $10 each. Look for the Spirit Table at the meets this week.
