Hello,

It's very hard to beileve, but we have less than 3 weeks left in the season.  There are still various activities coming up and some jobs that need to be completed. I believe you haven't signed up for a position on a committee for the season.  If you did, you can ignore this message and just email me to remind me what the position was.  We've asked all families to contribute to a committee to help spread the responsibility of putting on all the activities our swim team offers each season.  At this point there are still a couple ways to fulfull your family commitment. Please let me know which of these you would like to sign up for.

- Concessions - clean out a refrigerator/freezer donated to the team - to be completed this week

- Family Relay Carnival - assist with the planning of the family relay carnival; the event is 7/18, but there's still planning to do to get ready

- All League Meet

- help set up pool on Friday night , July 20th, for the All League meet that takes place on Saturday July 21

- commit to clean-up duty after the All League Meet at approximatly 3pm July 21; take down tents, move chairs, trash pick up
