As we start the season there are some simple tips you can pass on to your swimmers to help them avoid the easy disqualifications for rule violations (DQ's). Many DQ's are pretty simple and we see lots of them early in the season. You can help your swimmers by talking to them about the ones covered in the attached PDF.

The Ref or Stroke & Turn Judges don't get any pleasure out of DQ's - honestly. But they are a great teaching aid.The document highlights the most common ones.
