Here is the information for our meet tomorrow:
Saturday July 13th – Four Seasons at Bradley Farms
Bradley Farms pool address: 13159 New Parkland Dr, Herndon, VA 20171
directions are available on the website - go to SWIM MEETS and click on the meet heading & then select driving directions
Swimmer check-in 8:00 – 8:15 – check-in w/ Coach Erin
Volunteer Check-in 8:00 – 8:15 – check-in w/Julie Spizuoco - CHECK-OUT w/Julie at the end of your assignment
Warm-ups 8:15 AM
Swim Meet Starts 8:30 AM
If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Erin.
Bradley Farms is planning to hold the meet rain or shine. Should there be any changes to the schedule for tomorrow morning, notification will be sent out as soon as possible.
Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully. We'll post the replays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed.
Also, parking is very limited in the lot at Bradley Farms. You may need to park on street along New Parkland Drive, or the side streets near the pool
Volunteers
We still need to fill a few volunteer roles, if you haven’t volunteered, please do so or see Julie Spizuoco when you arrive at the pool. You may be selected to fill any open volunteer spots regardless.
Our Next Meet - Wednesday 7/17 – Four Seasons Relay Carnival
- RSVP & Sign-ups for Relays due by Tuesday, 7/16
- Champs and All Stars Meet – Saturday, July 20th at Four Season - Reminder, this is an all day meet and we are responsible for concessions. Please sign-up to volunteer

- End of Season Banquet – Sunday July 21st, Please RSVP if you will be attending - Tickets may be purchased from Kathryn Adams - Swimmers eat free, all adults and non-swimmers siblings, 7 & up, tickets are $9 per person
- Early Volunteer Form up for Board position and other Volunteer Coordination roles for next season, please see Kevin or Diane if interested. We can let you know what those roles require
