Hi all,

As our swim season takes the final lap, it is time to have FUN!    The Family Carnival Fun Event will be just  that!   However, there are a few things we need to do to prepare for Wednesday:

• Event Schedule - Attached you will find the Carnival Relay Event Schedule for this Wednesday.  
• Volunteers - Please take a moment and look at the volunteer list.  Although this is a family fun event, we want as many people possble to enjoy the event.  With that said, we will need parents to lead a few key roles:
  • Clerk of Course - lining the families up for the events
  • Area Swim Manager - providing awareness and seeking key team members when their events are being held
  • Concessions - We will be selling pizza, drinks and snacks
• RSVP - Please take a moment and RSVP so we know how much pizza and ice cream  to order.  Also, we want to ensure that we include as many of our swim team members, his / her family and the coaches in the events.   RSVP Link: http://fourseasons.swim-team.us
