All - League meet, also known as Champs and All-Stars

Set Up and Preparations

Set-up for this meet will be Friday night at 7pm.  Please stop by to help if you can.  If you can lend us a large cooler, please bring it to the pool Friday and HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT.

The more people that help - the faster the work will get done.

Don't forget we are looking for baked goods donations to sell at the concessions stand .

Meet

It's the last meet of the summer and a great time to showcase the Four Season's Swimmers.  In addition to that, it is the biggest fundraiser for our team.   We require the help of all Four Season's families at this event if you are in town.  Even if you do not have a swimmers in the event, we need you help. Even an hour is greatly appreciated. So check in with Julie Spizuoco when you arrive. We still need help in the 3rd session with a swim area manager, concessions workers and more.

Since this Meet has MANY teams attending, parking will be on in grassy area; the lot is for those with passes only. Parking will be very tight  PLEASE CARPOOL!!!

Our team area will be inside the gate by the playground.  There will be a lot of people there so please be sure your younger swimmers know where to stay and find you! Bring chairs, blankets, towels, activities and sunscreen. Pack your tent if you have one. IT WILL BE HOT!!! 

Everyone at the event, not just swimmers, will have a brief chance to cool off in the pool, so wear your suit.  People will be called by teams to jump in at designated times.  Please follow the directions so we can keep the meet on track.

There will be NO BLEACHERS this year, but there will be a raffle with 71 prizes!

Volunteer Assignments for Concessions - Please check your volunteer assignments on the website .

Session 1- 7:00a to 10:00a

Session 2 - 10:00a to 1:00p

 Session 3- 1:00p - 4:00p

Swimmer's Event  were sent out in a previous email. During this event, results will be posted throughout the day.  Please verify your swimmers' results.  If there are errors, we will try and fix them during the event.  Please notify the swim area manager if you think there is a problem.

Order of events:

• First concessions start time: 7am
• Swimmer check-in: 7:15
• Our Morning Warm up - 7:35 - 7:45am
• Meet Start - 8am
• Morning event order: IM, free, fly
• Cool off session - approximate 9:30am
• Our afternoon Warmup - APPROXIMATELY 11:15, for 8 minutes, actual start time will be based on the progress of the meet
• Afternoon event order: Relays, breast, back
• Cool off session - approximate 1:30-1:45pm

It will be a long day, but a very rewarding one all the way around! I hope we covered everything.
