End of the Year Banquet
The day that everyone has been waiting for - the LAST swim team event!!!
The Four Seasons End of the Swim Season Banquet is tomorrow at 5:00 pm. We will start off with dinner by California Tortilla and then proceed with the trophies and other awards. There is usually a free swim at the end so bring a suit and towel. Chairs or a blanket is usually helpful as we do not set up tables for eating.
I could use some volunteers for tomorrow. If anyone is willing, please e-mail me and let me know if you could:
* Pick up a sheet cake at Costco and bring to banquet;
* Come at 4:15 pm to help me set up tables and ice down drinks;
* Check families in when they arrive;
* Clean up coolers and miscellaneous after the dinner;
I have not been able to connect with the following families regarding the banquet payments. Please bring a check made out to Four Seasons or cash tomorrow at the event.
