just a quick reminder on several items related to tomorrow's Herndon Olympics.  Sorry for the delay, I've been trying to get a confirmation on our warm-up times and just received it. 

Herndon Olympics will be held at Kingston Chase.  Address is 1623 Hiddenbrook Drive, Herndon, VA 20170

Warm-ups for the early session will be at 8:20 am and warm-ups for the second session will be at 11:50 am. 

With regards to the other volunteers, here are additional notes on arrival for this positions:

Morning Session Volunteers

·         Road Marshall: report by 8:15 - we need one additional volunteer for this position.

·         Officials (S&T)and timers: Report by 9:15; Expect to have meeting between 9:20-9:40

·         Swim Area Manager: don’t check in, just be in our team area by 8:15

Afternoon Session Volunteers

·         Road Marshall: report by 12:15

·         Officials (Relay take off judge) and timers: Report by 12:45; Expect to have meeting between 1:00-1:20

·         Award helper: check-in by 1:00

·         Swim Area Manager: don’t check in, just be in our team area by 11:45

 

Also note, there is no morning practice tomorrow due to this event.  We will have evening practice for all swimmers from 6:30-8:00 pm.
