Here is the information for our meet tonight:

TONIGHT - Wednesday July 9  – Four Seasons at Bradley Farms

Bradley Farms pool address:  13159 New Parkland Drive, Herndon, VA 20171

Directions are available on the website - go to SWIM MEETS and click on the meet heading & then select driving directions

Swimmer check-in   5:30 – 5:40 – check-in w/ Coach Robin

Volunteer Check-in 5:30 – 5:40 – check-in w/Julie Spizuoco - CHECK-OUT w/Julie at the end of your assignment

Warm-ups                 5:40 PM

Swim Meet Starts     6:00 PM

If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Robin.

Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the replays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed.

Also, parking is very limited in the lot at Bradley Farms.  You will need to park on street along New Parkland Drive, or the side streets near the pool

Volunteers

We still need to fill a few volunteer roles, if you haven’t volunteered, please do so or see Julie Spizuoco when you arrive at the pool.  You may be selected to fill any open volunteer spots regardless.

Other Upcoming Events/Items to Note

• End of Season Banquet, Please let Kevin know if you’re interested.  We need volunteers to assist with coordinating the parents and swimmers attending and collecting monies for the meal.  We also need assistance in coordinating the awards orders.
• We would also like to plan a teen swimmer event.  In past years it’s been a bowling event, but some have suggested laser tag or another activity.  If you’re interesting in assisting with this event, please see Kevin.
• We are looking for parents who are interested in filling open Swim Team Board Positions for next year.  There will be several positions open, if you’re interested, please see Kevin for details.
