Volunteering - We still have a few key roles that are empty. It will be hot, so we need to have plenty of volunteers to give each other a break.  Please select a volunteer role if you have not already, or see Julie Spizuoco this afternoon when you arrive.

Meet Results from Saturday’s Meet – The meet results are posted on the website and can be found by clicking on the Swim Meets button, then on the Results link next to the Volunteer button.  Also if you have not picked up your swimmer(s) ribbons, they are in your folder in the Ribbon Box.  The Ribbons boxes are out at morning practices and we will them out tonight as well.

Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed.  If you're swimmer is scheduled for a relay and you need to leave early, please let Coach Robin know.

CLEAN UP - Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area during the meet and before they leave. 

Upcoming Events

• Next Meet – Saturday, July 19th – Home vs Foxfield – RSVP by Thursday 7/17 please.
• End of Season Banquet, Please let Kevin know if you’re interested.  We need volunteers to assist with coordinating the parents and swimmers attending and collecting monies for the meal.
• We would also like to plan a teen swimmer event.  In past years it’s been a bowling event, but some have suggested laser tag or another activity.  If you’re interesting in assisting with this event, please see Kevin.
• We are looking for parents who are interested in filling open Swim Team Board Positions for next year.  There will be several positions open, if you’re interested, please see Kevin for details.
