Hi Four Seasons!

Great job at the meet last night! You all worked super hard and swam fast despite having some hard practices this week - that makes you all stronger, faster swimmers. Imagine how fast you'll go next week at the Champs/All-Stars meet after you get some extra rest!! I'm excited to see what you do :)
