If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Robin.

Volunteering - We still have a few key roles that are empty. It will be hot, so we need to have plenty of volunteers to give each other a break.  Please select a volunteer role if you have not already, or see Julie Spizuoco tomorrow morning.

Relays - Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed. 

CLEAN UP - Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area during the meet and before they leave.  For our newer families, our swimmers area for home meets is the covered pavilion area over in the grassy area.  Swimmers should be in that area when not actively swimming or lined up for their next event.  We will have a swim area manager on-hand monitoring that area and working with our Meet Director and Clerk of Course to ensure we have the swimmers ready to line-up for their next events.

Upcoming Events

• Next Meet – Saturday July 26th – Home – All League Meet (Champs & All-Stars) – RSVP by Monday 6/30 please.  This is an all-day meet and our volunteer requirement is to run concessions.  We have the volunteer sheet up and plan to run three shifts, so please volunteer to assist during one of those shifts and/or assist with set-up on Friday evening or clean-up following the conclusion of the meet.
• End of Season Banquet – Please see Kevin, Kathryn Adams or Gracie Yu at the meet or practice next week to purchase tickets.  All swimmers meals are covered by the team.  Adults and older sibling meal tickets are $9 per person.
• Team Photos – Pictures for those that purchased individual or team photos have arrived.  They were place in your family’s folder in the ribbon box.  Please pick those up as soon as possible.
