All,

As we wrap-up the swim season, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your willingness to remain flexible with last minute changes/cancelations with our practice and meet schedule as well as your willingness to jump in and assist with our meets.  The swim team could not run without the volunteers, and despite some challenges from time to time, I think the season was a lot of fun as was very productive.

I would also like to thank our coaches for all of their efforts in coaching our young swimmers.  Based upon the overall improvement in times across all of our swimmers as the year went on, I would say they did a great job in working with our swimmers.  Also it appeared from the number of swimmers we had competing in the Champs division at yesterday's meet and the number of medal we received, I think we earned more medals than we have in previous years.  This is a great testament to the efforts or our coaches and our swimmers over the course of the season.

There are always areas where we can improve to make the Swim Team experience better in the future, and in order to do that we need your feedback.  In the past we've asked for your feedback through end of season surveys.  We've normally provided a paper copy of the survey at the End of Season Banquet.  In an attempt to try and receive more feedback and allow those who may not be able to attend the Banquet this evening an opportunity to provide feedback, I've setup online surveys for our parents and swimmers to provide feedback through Survey Monkey.

When the season concludes it will also conclude my two-year stint as President of the swim team.  I appreciate all of the support you and your swimmers have provided and hope that you've enjoyed your swim team experience this season, and I hope that you will all return next season.  I'm confident that the program will continue to build and would like to announce that Julie Spizuoco will be stepping in the role of Team President next season.
