Volunteering - We still have a few key roles that are empty. It will be hot, so we need to have plenty of volunteers to give each other a break. 

• Need additional volunteers for Clerk of Course and Concessions (Second Half) If you have not volunteered yet, please check the Volunteer page for the meet and volunteer for one of the open positions, or email me or Traci Koch.
• Need Stroke and Turn Judges - if you are able to fulfill this position, please let me know

Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed. 

Parking - You may park on the baseball field grassy area.   No parking is allowed on the baseball diamond.  

Spirit Wear – T-shirts, googles and other spirit wear items will be available during the meet tomorrow.  Please check out the Spirit Wear table next to the concessions stand tomorrow night.

CLEAN UP - Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area during the meet and before they leave. 

Tomorrow's meet will be HOT.  Adults should come prepared for the heat as well. Looking forward to seeing you there!
