Start Time

We will plan for 10-15 minute warm ups at 5:30 pm We would like to have all Officials report to the Referee and Head Timer by 5:45 pm for the briefing.  Meet starts at 6:00 pm

Volunteers
If you have not signed up, you will be assigned a role.  Upon arrival, come see me and I will work with you on the open positoins.  

Clerk of Course/Swimmer Check-In
Please make sure your child checks in when they arrive and they listen to our clerk of course.  The clerk of course is responsible for lining up our swimmers and ensuring they are in the correct lanes. 

Meet Sheets 

Meet Sheets will be posted prior to the meet.  Please check on the events your child is swimming and prepare him / her for the events.  We will be putting the relays in the middle to allow our younger swimmers the opportunity to leave the meet when they are finished swimming.  

Parking
We can park in the parking lot and on the baseball field (like at Champs and All Stars) – ignore the sign that says no parking on the grass. It's VERY important you do not park alongside areas indicated as fire lanes, in ‘hatch marked areas’ or the spaces marked with yellow ‘Clubhouse use only’ markings on the curb. Cars parked in these areas may be towed with no warning (its not under our control) and fire-lane violations are being looked out for by Herndon Police because of an incident last season. It is known that we host events on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings so those enforcing the parking rules will be on the lookout for violators. Please strongly encourage you parents to pay attention to this – we cannot intervene if something happens and we can’t monitor the lots once things get busy.

Under no circumstances should anyone park on the baseball infield areas – which will hopefully be taped off.  :)

Head Coach Erin Rider Assistant Coaches are Austin & Jimmy and Junior Coaches are Camryn & Ethan if your coaches needs to check in with them.
