Volunteer Check-in  7:30 - 7:45  –  check-in w/Traci Koch - CHECK-OUT w/ Traci at the end of your assignment

Warm-ups                 7:40 AM

Swim Meet Starts     8:00 AM 

 

If a swimmer needs to leave early, please CHECK-OUT with Coach Erin.

Foxfield is planning to hold the meet rain or shine.  Should there be any changes to the schedule for tomorrow morning, notification will be sent out as soon as possible.  We are expecting cold temperatures.  Please consider bringing gear to keep your child comfortable.  Some suggestions are:  extra towels, old sleeping bags, sweat pants, jackets, etc.  Stay warm! :) 

Relays are the last set of events and are finalized after freestyle. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed. In addition, we will be sending out the meet sheets today so you can prepare your child for the events. 

Volunteers

We still need to fill a few volunteer roles, if you haven’t volunteered, please do so or see Traci.  You may be selected to fill any open volunteer spots regardless.
