Hello Four Season Swim Team member,

I hope you and your children have enjoyed another action packed swim season. The team managed to offer a variety of events and plenty of opportunity for developing your swimmers’ skills. As you know, all of this happens through the time and commitment of each and every family on the team. The board appreciates your efforts, as does every other parent and swimmer on the team. 

As we look forward to wrapping up the season and setting up the 2016 Swim Team Board, I would like to make a special appeal to you. If you have not been on the board in the past, please consider it for next season. We have to be very grateful for the committed families from outside the neighborhood that have taken active roles in the past, and will continue to do so next season. We also need to realize that many swim team issues impact the neighborhood and we need to stay involved in those decisions. 

The best approach is for everyone to share responsibility for some aspect of the swim season. Many hands make light work. So, please consider if you can take on a board role yourself, or with someone else.
