Volunteer

Sorry for the delay.  The volunteer sign up is now available for the Champs and All Stars meet.  This is a HUGE meet with all the teams in the league at OUR pool It's also a huge fundraiser for our team.   We are responsible for providing and manning the concessions stand; we do not need timer volunteers. We need ALL families to work! The concessions stand is much bigger than a usual meet and it takes quite a few people to keep the stand running smoothly.  It's also a nice parent bonding event ;) . We need many families to also signup for multiple sessions where possible, especially if you have older swimmers. See the order of events at the end of this message. Consider when your children are swimming so you sign up for a time that works for you.  Children should not be in the concessions area, but you can step out to watch your child's race. Our team warm-up will be around 7:25am, but the first session of concessions volunteers are needed early to get everything set up.

Baked Goods Needed

Please donate baked goods to be sold at the Champs and All-Stars meet. Guidelines:

• no nuts
• avoid chocolate because it melts in the heat
• breakfast muffins are good for a breakfast option
• individually package and label items
