Hi All, 

The Herndon Olympics will be held at Kingston Chase Pool. The address is 1623 Hiddenbrook Drive, Herndon, VA 20170.

The first-half warm-ups are at 8am so please have your children arrive at 7:45am to check-in for the first half events (Freestyle and Backstroke). The second half warm-ups are from 11:50am-12:10pm so, if your children are just in second half events (Breaststroke, Fly, Relays) they need to be there at 11:30am to check-in. 

For those participating in the Herndon Olympics I have attached the PDF files with the approximate timeline for morning and afternoon events.

Volunteers Report times/Sign In

Volunteers should sign in at the volunteer table.  This is located at the entrance of the parking lot.

Morning session:  Volunteers should report by 9:00am

Afternoon session:  Volunteers should report by 1:00pm

Relay take off judges:  Report at approximately 2:45 before the relays start.  This may vary depending on how the meet goes.

Road Marshals:  Report 5 minutes before your assigned time
