Hello Four Seasons Parents-

We have another home tomorrow morning. If you have not already signed up for a spot, please do so now.  We are VERY SHORT ON 2ND HALF VOLUNTEERS.  If we cannot get the 2nd half filled, then we will need to have everyone work the entire meet. No one wants that, but it may be inevitable. We need EVERYONE to fill a spot, especially since we have various families out of town.  If your child is swimming, expect to volunteer.  If you need help signing up, e-mail me.

These are the spots that are still open and need to be filled to run the meet successfully. NOTE: All timers (1st & 2nd half) need to report to the training with the Head Timer at 7:30-:45 a.m.

First half

1. 7:00 a.m. Pool Set up (1 slot open - but many hands make light work)
2. 7:00 a.m. Set up Concessions and work Concessions (2 spots open)
3. 7:30 a.m. Timer (1 spot for 1st half but will need more if people do not show up)

Second half

1. Timer (5 spots open!!)
2. Concessions & Concessions Cleanup (3 spots open!!)
3. Clerk of Course (1 spot open!)
4. Runner (1 spot open)

Thank you so much for volunteering and making this a great experience for our kids! Special thank you to all the parents who worked the double and triple duty volunteer jobs on Wednesday and all the other meets!! This can't happen without you!
