Due to the Herndon Festival, we have decided that we will have practice, but it will be more like a Game Day practice than a normal one.

We expect a lower turnout than usual, so we feel that having this practice be a game day will reward those who do still choose to attend practice. 

For those who are new to the team, Game Day means that we will have the swimmers do a warm-up, and generally a set or two, before moving to either the picnic area grass or to the low/deep ends of the pool to play games such as Water Polo and Sharks and Minnows. Game Days are generally held each Thursday to give swimmers a bit of a reward for making it through the full week of practices.
