National Anthem - Contact Diane at [email protected] if you'd like to sing the National Anthem at this meet or another home meet.

PARKING - Please take the time to park carefully between the lines so we can use all spaces in the lot. Do NOT park in spaces reserved for the clubhouse. We expect to have parking on the field, unless the ground is too wet. CARPOOL when possible.

WEATHER - We do hold meets in light rain. We'll make every effort to hold the meet, with the possibility of delaying it if necessary. Check your email in the morning for possible updates. We can't always make a call early, but we'll do our best to update you as we know something.

CHECK-IN - All families should check-in at the check-in table when you arrive.

• Pool Set-up:        7:00 am - First Half Timers do pool set-up; check-in w/ Lynette
• Swimmer Check-in:   7:15 am - check-in w/ Coach at the check-in desk
• Volunteer Check-in:   7:15 am – 7:30 am - check-in w/ Lynette at the check-in desk
• Warm-ups:       7:30 am
• Timer and officials meetings on deck: 7:45 am
• Meet Starts:     8:00 am
• CLEAN UP: 2nd half Timers do pool clean up. 

If a swimmer must leave early, please let Coach Austin know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Austin.

RELAYS are the last set of events. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed. 

CLEAN UP - Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
