Directions are available on the website - go to SWIM MEETS and click on the meet heading & then select DRIVING DIRECTIONS. You might want to bring folding chairs to guarantee you have a place to sit.

Please sign up online to volunteer if you haven't already, there are still a few positions that need to be filled.  

THEME - Four Seasons spirit wear - wear shirts, hats and whatever else you have- Go Tidal Waves!

CHECK-IN - All families should check-in at the check-in table when you arrive. We have 2 volunteer slots to fill.

• Swimmer Check-in:   7:15 am - check-in w/ Coach at the check-in table
• Volunteer Check-in:   7:15 am - 7:30 am check-in w/ Lynette at the check-in table
• Warm-ups:       7:30 am
• Timer and officials meetings on deck: 7:45 am
• Meet Starts:     8:00 am

CHECK-OUT - If a swimmer must leave early, please let Coach Austin know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Austin.

RELAYS are the last set of events. Swimmers may be scheduled for relays (if they didn't tell us they need to leave early), so please don't leave if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay. Swimmers may be in more than one relay, so check carefully.  We'll post the relays in the team area as soon as we can get them printed. 

CLEAN UP - Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
