Herndon Olympics Volunteers - 2017

The Herndon Olympics is coming!  Tuesday July 11 at Kingston Chase Pool.  Herndon Olympics is an awesome tradition in our community where swimmers from all over Herndon compete.  The coaches will be figuring out which kids will be participating in the next few days.  This is an invitational meet. Please RSVP to let us know whether your swimmers are available that day. It is a long, but exciting day. We need everyone to RSVP by 11:59 PM Sunday, as entries are due Monday and coaches need time to get entries ready.

We need to fill at least 11 volunteer positions with our Four Seasons parents.   There is a Sign Up Genius link at the top of this email for sign ups. Please sign up ASAP so you can get a job you prefer. 

Important things to remember:

**  Please write "Four Seasons" in the comment section.

**  Following signing up, if you are not able to fill your commitment, please find someone to take your place.

**  Specific report times will be coming once the meet entries are in.  Session One report time is in the morning starting at approximately 9:15am, and Session Two report time is in the afternoon starting at approximately  1:30pm.  Warmups for the first session start at approximately 8am, and for the second session at approximately noon.

 The order of events is as follows:

        1st session

1. Freestyle
2. Backstroke

        2nd session

1. Breast
2. Fly
3. Relays
