If you are receiving this email, it is because we do not have a record of your family meeting the team management volunteer requirement. Per our Family Participation Policy, each family is to provide a volunteer for each meet attended (a requirement that has largely been met, thank you!), and a volunteer for one team management role for the season. If you believe you have met this latter requirement - and are receiving this email in error - please reply to the contact info below.

If the team management requirement is not met by the end of the season (7/22), a portion of your deposit will be forfeit ($50). But there's still plenty of opportunities and need for volunteers before then! Some positions still available are:

> Newsletter Coordinator, Sponsorship reach out, End of season cleanup, Coach's gift coordination, End of season banquet help.
