Please take a moment to read this email, as Champs & All Stars is unlike our previous meets!

Forecast:  It is going to be hot & humid! Bring lots of water & stay hydrated. Apply sunscreen. There will be a sprinkler set up in the front of the clubhouse. It will be turned on for 15 minutes at the top of each hour. It is for swimmers and parents to cool down if they want to get wet. It is NOT for playing. Afternoon storms are possible but hopefully the meet will be finished by then.

MEET OPERATIONS - Though we are hosting, the meet is run by the league. Four Seasons is in charge of concessions. Access to the pool deck & restrooms is restricted to officials. Porta potties will be available.

BAKE SALE - Please bring baked goods for sale, nut free and individually wrapped. They will be sold for 50 cents each.

PARKING - All parking in the lot is reserved. There will be attendants providing directions in the field.

TIMELINE - Order of events is IM, Free, Fly, break, relays, breast and back.

• 6:30 am : First shift concession volunteers report for duty
• 7:00 - 7:15 am: Swimmers should check-in with a coach
• 7:35 am : Four Seasons warm up time 
• 8:00 am : Meet start time
• approx. 10:45 : Half time break & scholarship presentation.
