Good evening Swimmer and Parents,

Our upcoming meet is scheduled for Wednesday, June 26th, at Kingston Chase, which is an away meet. Here are the details:

• Address: 1430 Kingsvale Circle, Herndon, VA.
• Warmups: Our team will warm up from 5:40pm to 5:55pm.
• Theme: The theme for this meet is Country Club (golf).
• Team Area: We will gather outside of the fence on the grassy area (please refer to the attached map).
• Meet Start: The meet will commence after the National Anthem, approximately around 6:05pm.
• Order of Events: The meet will follow the usual format, starting with IM's and concluding with relays.

Volunteers Needed:

• Timers: We need 9 timers per shift, totaling 18 for the entire meet.
• Runner: 1 runner per shift, totaling 2.
• Swim Area Manager: 1 manager per shift, totaling 2.
• Clerk of Course: 1 clerk per shift, totaling 2.

Important Requests:

• Meet Entries: Kingstream team requests that our meet entries be uploaded by Monday at noon.
• Parental Intention: Parents, please indicate your intent for this meet by noon on Monday.
• Parking Considerations: We kindly ask that you refrain from blocking driveways and mailboxes in the surrounding area.
