The Four Seasons Swim Team is a summer recreational team in Herndon, Virginia. We are members of the Herndon Swim League and compete against other recreational teams. We are also a developmental team, which means we focus on teaching the fundamentals of competitive swimming.

• Our team is open to all swimmers ages 5-18 who are able to make it across the pool length unaided at the beginning of the season.
• You do not need to be a Four Seasons resident to join our team.
• As a developmental swim team, the focus is on teaching the fundamentals of competitive swimming including stroke instruction, dives, and turns.
• The first practice is on May 28th and the last event is on July 17th.
