Hi Team,

We are just over a week away from the big, end-of-season Champs & All Stars swim meet!

If you haven’t already RSVPed yes or no, please do so now. It is an earlier deadline because our coaches need more time to prepare line-ups for the big meet. Remember: every swimmer that wants to swim will get to swim at this event. There are no minimum seed time requirements.

Also, we still need more volunteers in almost every category. We don’t supply officials or timers for this meet, but we have a large concessions operation, need swim area managers, etc.

And outside of the formally defined volunteer jobs, I need:

• A family that can make large colorful signs to place on the bathroom doors (x2) and clubhouse entrance (x1): “Deck Officials and Coaches Only”.
• A family that can make a shoebox size, team spirit-decorated box that we’ll use to place medals and ribbons into for distributing to our swimmers during the meet.

We will send out more detailed information about the meet over the next several days. For now, make sure you have a volunteer position, and your swimmers are RSVPed!
