Good afternoon, parents and Swimmers,

Our Last meet of the season : AWAY meet, at Hunter’s Creek (Its’ a TRI meet)

Pool Address: 417 Queens Row St. Herndon, VA 20170

Team area: team area will be outside the pool gate in the far grassy area (same as in years past)

Parking: Notes from the Hunter’s Creek team:

• Turn is off of Herndon Parkway, we have a small parking lot, so in many cases parking in the neighborhood is necessary
• Please ensure no parking in front of the community driveways or mailboxes. The neighbors will call tow trucks (sorry)

Please RSVP your swimmers for the meet: yes or no.

VOLUNTEERS: We need Clerk of Course for both 1st and 2nd shift. And 2 runners for the second shift

TIMELINE:

• Swimmer Check-in: 7:30 am
• Volunteer Check-in: 7:30 am
• Warmups: 7.40 am
• Meet Starts: 8:15 am

RELAYS are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Maddie know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Maddie. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay.

CLEAN up: Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
