Hello Parents and Swimmers! 

HOME meet against the Kingston Chase.

POOL Address: 1201 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA 

PARKING and setup notes: 

Please do not park in the yellow, reserved “Club House” spots closest to the club house You can park in the field, but stay off the baseball infield.

Please do not hang out by the Starter area during the meet. 

TIMERS: First half arrive early to set up. Second half stay after to return the pool configuration.

Please RSVP your swimmers: yes or no for the meet. 

CONCESSIONS will be available: We will be serving Pizza, hot dogs, nachos, among other snacks. 

We still need volunteers for the following positions: 

Clerk of Course: 1 position for 1st shift and 2 position for 2nd shift 

Referee: 1 position 

Starter: 1 position 

S&T Judges: 3 positions 

Timers: 1 position for 2nd shift 

TEAM TIMELINE: 

Swimmer Check-in: 5:20 pm 

Volunteer Check-in: 5:30 pm 

Warmups: 5:30 pm Meet 

Starts: 6:00 pm 

WEATHER Forecast: Sunshine and hot, High of 94F 3% chance of rain 

Relays are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Maddie know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Maddie. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay. 

Clean up: Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
