HOME meet against the Foxfield Flyers

POOL Address: 1201 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA

PARKING and setup notes:

Please do not park in the yellow, reserved “Club House” spots closest to the club house

You can park in the field, but stay off the baseball infield

Please do not hang out by the Starter area during the meet

TIMERS: First half arrive early to set up. Second half stay after to return the pool configuration.

RSVP: Please RSVP HERE

Please RSVP your swimmers: yes or no for the meet.

CONCESSIONS will be available: We will be serving Pizza, hot dogs, nachos, among other snacks.

VOLUNTEERS: We still need 2 computer assistants, a Head Timer, 2 Stroke and turn judges, Swim Area manager for 2^nd shift and someone to sing the National Anthem.

Swimmer Check-in: 5:30 pm

Volunteer Check-in: 5:30 pm

Warmups: 5:40 pm

Meet Starts: 6:00 pm

Relays are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Maddie know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Maddie. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay.

Clean up: Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
