Parents and Swimmers!

Our season officially begins this Saturday, June 17th!

AWAY meet, at Hunters Creek

POOL Address: 417 Queens Row St. Herndon, VA 20170

PARKING and setup notes from Hunters Creek:

• Turn is off of Herndon Parkway, we have a small parking lot, so in many cases parking in the neighborhood is necessary.
• Please ensure no parking in front of the community driveways or mailboxes. The neighbors will call tow trucks (sorry).
• Your team area will be outside the pool gate in the far grassy area (same as in years past).
• Spectators can use all tables and chairs on the far side of the pool but should refrain from taking space on either end of the pool.
• Concessions will be available.

Please RSVP your swimmers for the meet: yes or no.

VOLUNTEERS: We need 1 more timer for 1st shift and 1 more for 2nd shift. We need a swim area manager for 2nd shift. We need 1 more S&T judge.

• Swimmer Check-in: 7:30 am
• Volunteer Check-in: 7:30 am
• Warmups: 7.40 am
• Meet Starts: 8:00 am

RELAYS are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Maddie know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Maddie. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay.

CLEAN up: Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
