Please take a moment to read this email. Champs & All Stars is unlike our previous meets!

Forecast: Extreme heat watch in effect! Air temps near 100F, heat index close to 110F. We will do our best to provide shade and opportunities to cool off. Be sure to bring lots of fluids, coolers with ice water and hand towels or bandanas, sun protection, etc. There will be a sprinkler available for cooling down and we expect there will be two short breaks to allow for a very brief dip in the pool (adults included).

MEET OPERATIONS - Though we are hosting, the meet is run by the league. All 9 teams will be in attendance. Four Seasons is in charge of concessions. Access to the pool deck & clubhouse restrooms is restricted to league officials. Porta potties will be available.

PARKING - All parking in the paved lot is reserved. There will be attendants providing directions in the field.

Order of events: IM, Fly, Free, Mixed Age Relay, Breast, Back. Swimmers can only swim up to 2 events (plus IM). Psych sheet is attached. Please speak with a coach if you have any questions about your swimmer's events.

TIMELINE -

• 6:45 am : First shift concession volunteers report for duty
• 7:15 am: Swimmers should check-in with a coach
• 7:35 am : Four Seasons warm up time
• 8:00 am : Meet start time
• approximately 11am : Half time break & scholarship presentation.
