Important info from Hunters Creek regarding parking. Please read!

Our parking is limited.  Please tell your families that they are welcome to park at Runnymeade Park on Herndon Parkway and cut through the path to the pool or they may park in the neighborhood.  When they park, they should NOT park illegally and should watch for driveways and fire hydrants.  Herndon Police often make rounds during meets!  Parents may circle through the lot to drop swimmers and, then, go park.

Timeline:

• Swimmer Check-in: by 5:30 pm - see Coach Austin
• Warmups: 5:40 pm
  
• Volunteer Check-in: by 5:50 pm - see Lynette
  
• Meet Starts: 6:15 pm
  

Relays are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Austin know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Austin. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay.
