Four Seasons Swim Team,

Team Photos will be taken this coming Tuesday, June 25^th. (Rain-out date is Wednesday, June 26^th).

Please have your swimmers at the pool by 7:30 am. It’s earlier than the normal practice schedule, but the upside is that they will be with their teammates in the picture that hangs on the pool deck wall all year. Also: all swimmers who are on time for the photo will receive a donut after their practice (or after the photo if they need to leave for a summer camp and will be coming to the night practice instead).

Swimmers should wear their team suits and their new team t-shirts to wear in the photo (team t-shirts will be handed out this week). After the team photo is taken, swimmers will have an opportunity to get individual photos taken. Please let us know if you have any schedule constraints (e.g. summer camp activities); it can take a little time to get the entire roster through the process.

Expect that the normal practice schedule will be somewhat affected by the photos that morning, especially the earliest session that would normally begin at 8:00 am. We’ll try to get the younger swimmers through first so they can get back to swimming. The older kids can relax and hang out together in between the photo and the start of their practice.

Attached is a form so you can order team and/or individual prints. We will also have hard copies of the order forms available at the pool that morning. Meanwhile, please use the RSVP button on the calendar (June 25) to let us know if you plan to participate. We are looking for 100% participation so our whole team is represented!
