Inclement Weather: Current forecast calls for scattered showers and thunderstorms. You should assume the meet will be held unless you get explicit notice that it has been cancelled. Generally, we will do everything in our power to have the meet. Even if it is delayed at the start or during the meet, we’ll get as much done as possible. The meet will not be cancelled if it is only lightly raining. Ultimately it is the home team’s decision. The website will be updated and emails sent as soon as there are any weather related changes to report.

Timeline:

• Swimmer Check-in: 5:20 pm - check-in with Coach Austin
• Volunteer Check-in: 5:20 - 5:40 pm - check-in with Chris Draper
• Meet Starts: 6:00pm

Relays are the last set of events. If a swimmer must leave before relays, please let Coach Austin know at the beginning of the meet and CHECK-OUT with Coach Austin. Please do this even if your swimmer is not signed up for a relay.

Clean up: Please ask your swimmers to clean up the team area before leaving.
